Tenure with Crosland: Since January 2001 Professional Experience As Operations Manager, Mindy is responsible for recruiting and training, corporate marketing, policy and procedure revisions and implementation, software conversions, and contract vendor relations. Mindy also serves as Regional Property Manager for The Park at Oaklawn Apartments located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Site Manager at Crosland.
