Tenure with Crosland: Since 1992 Professional Experience As Regional Property Manager, Lane is responsible for the overall operations and management of a select group of eight communities in Crosland's apartment portfolio. She oversees Hunters Chase and The Havens, located in Greensboro, North Carolina, and Alpha Mill, The Arbors, Birkdale Apartment Homes, The Apartments at Radbourne Lake, Old Towne, and Lakeside Apartments, all located in Charlotte, North Carolina. She began her career with Crosland as a Leasing Agent at Simsbury Place Apartments. Lane has served in management roles at several Charlotte area apartment communities.
