| Tenure with Crosland: Since 1982 Professional Experience As Regional Property Manager, Jim is responsible for the overall operations and management of eight communities in Crosland's apartment portfolio. Jim has served in management roles at, and now supervises, ARP Manor in Gastonia, North Carolina, Crosland Duplexes, Hollis House Apartments, McMullen Wood, Montgomery Gardens, Summerfield Apartments, Fairmarket Square and Fairmarket Plaza, all in Charlotte. Jim joined Crosland as a maintenance supervisor, was promoted to maintenance advisor in 1983 and to maintenance coordinator in 1987. Jim was named to his present position in 1990.
