Professional Experience In her role as Vice President for Crosland’s Residential division, Meg supervises all operations of market-rate communities in the Crosland portfolio. She is responsible for the strategic and financial performance of the properties. She places particular focus on maintaining high levels of performance and occupancy in order to maximize profits for the owner. She believes that exceptional customer service to our residents, third party owners and partners is critically important to Crosland’s ongoing success.Prior to joining Crosland, she was Assistant Vice President of Sentinel Real Estate Corporation in Raleigh. Meg also has served as Asset Manager for Steven D. Bell and Company in Greensboro, as District Manager for Insignia Management Group in Durham, as Assistant Property Manager for Hoying–Huff in Durham, and as Site Property Manager for Donathan Properties/Rubin Investments, also in Durham.
