Professional Experience
In his role as development associate for Crosland’s Residential Division, David executes development activities from conceptualization through construction including coordinating and managing project design teams, construction teams, and zoning and permitting activities through regulatory and government agencies. The Residential Division concentrates on developing luxury for-rent and for-sale infill and mixed-use housing, property management, tax-credit housing, renovations, and acquisitions throughout the Southeast.

Prior to joining Crosland, David worked primarily in the manufacturing sector as a facility and operations manager solely responsible for multiple site metrics including profit and loss.
