Professional Experience

In his role as Director of Residential Development, Doug manages design, development and construction for multi-family and mixed use residential developments. The Residential division concentrates on developing luxury for-rent and for-sale infill, mixed-use housing and tax-credit housing. He has more than 19 years of experience in commercial development including hotel, cruise ship and timeshare development. Most recently he was Director of Planning and Design for the St. Joe Company – Bay County. Prior to St. Joe, Doug was with Walt Disney Company’s Imagineering group managing projects in Florida, Italy, South Carolina and France. Doug was previously involved with Walt Disney Vacation Club projects , Disney’s Magic Cruise Ship, Disneyland Paris Hotel and Disney’s Grand Floridian Convention Center.
