Professional Experience

In her role as Regional Property Manager, Tonya supervises the operations of nine apartment communities in the Charlotte market. Her current community portfolio includes The Catalyst, The Arbors, Alpha Mill, Fat City, Hollis House and Crosland Duplexes, The Apartments at Blakeney, Martha Washington Homes, The Apartments at Quarterside and Old Towne.

Tonya began her career at Crosland in 2002 as a Leasing Specialist for the market rate properties. She then went on to manage Birkdale Apartment Homes, The Arbors, Olmsted Park and Alpha Mill. In her most recent role as Operations Specialist, she was responsible for stream-lining operations processes, and working with inspections, acquisitions, dispositions and file audits. She also worked closely with our lease-up communities on achieving occupancy goals and marketing efforts.

Prior to joining Crosland, Tonya worked with The Hanover Company on two lease-up properties. She also worked for Keller Williams as a Real Estate Broker.
