Tenure with Crosland: Since 2005 Professional Experience As President, Denon Williams manages the day to day operations of Crosland‘s contracting division. Projects include Crosland’s apartment division developments and third-party contracts, which combine for a total of over $100 Million. Responsibilities include overseeing estimation, buyouts, construction contracting, budgets, schedules and customer service. Previously, Denon worked for two other apartment developers, The Calibre Company and HHHunt most recently, where he was the Director of Construction for ten years. He oversaw all aspects of apartment and assisted living construction in the southeast. Denon also had his own custom home business for seven years and was recognized by the Parade of Homes with both gold and silver awards for superior quality work. He brings twenty five years of experience in the construction industry to Crosland.
