Professional Experience
As senior vice president of construction for Crosland’s contracting divison, Bill oversees the daily operations of the company’s expanding projects portfolio in the Charlotte and Tampa regions. Responsibilities include overseeing the planning, management and supervision of construction activity, as well as business development. His residential career experience the past 26 years has involved a broad spectrum of work and brings the organization deep expertise in multifamily, mixed-use urban-infill and mid-rise residential/retail projects.
Before joining Crosland he operated his own business, serving as a consultant to developers creating high-density, mixed-use projects. Prior to this, Bill worked for Post Properties as a senior vice president of construction, overseeing development on both the East and West coasts. In addition he has also held management positions with Pulte Homes, Trammell Crow and The Staubach Company. He has been involved in several national award-winning projects including Post Paseo-Colorado in Pasadena, California; and Riverside by Post in Atlanta, Georgia, which was named Mixed-Use Development of the Decade by The Atlanta Business Chronicle. During his career, Bill has been responsible for the development and construction of over $1.5 billion in assets.
