Professional Experience
Randy brings a wealth of experience in multi-family and high rise construction. As a Project Manager, he is responsible for the management of client & subcontractor contracts, generating project budgets, maintaining & projecting job costs, buyout of subcontracts, generating schedules and coordinating activities with field personnel. Prior to joining Crosland, Randy was a Group Manager with R.J. Griffin & Company where he worked on various multi-family projects such as Tides Condominiums on Charleston Harbor and Avista Ocean Resort in North Myrtle Beach. Prior to his employment with R.J. Griffin & Company, Randy was a Project Manager with Hardin Construction Group where he managed the construction of Belle Meade Retirement Community in Pinehurst, North Carolina and Gateway Village in Charlotte as a part of a joint venture between Hardin and Charlotte based Rodgers Builders. Randy started his career as a Project Engineer with Holder Construction Company where he assisted in the management of Home Depot’s corporate headquarters in Atlanta Georgia. Randy has over 14 years of experience.
