Professional Experience
Chad has over 15 years of experience in construction, engineering and project management, with recent projects including a $72 million residence hall project and a $60 million new construction / restoration mixed-use project totaling 1 million square feet. At Crosland, Chad is currently managing the construction of The Tucker in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, an upscale high-density apartment community with an attached parking garage.
