Professional Experience
As Estimating Manager, Susan Lloyd leads and trains the estimating staff. Some of her specific responsibilities include expanding and prequalifying the subcontractor base, negotiating and prequalifying subcontractor and vendor proposals, pulling bids together and organizing them to create budgets, reviewing budgets for accuracy and on-site training of estimating team.

Susan previously worked with Centex Homes as a Systems Coordinator, where her duties included managing computer data and options pricing and trade-offs. Her other previous experience includes work as a projector estimator and experience in the construction industry.
