Professional Experience
Todd French runs both the Warranty and Quality Assurance departments for the Contracting Division. He manages a staff that includes a warranty engineer and Q/A inspectors in Charlotte and Raleigh. His responsibilities include scheduling of all Q/A inspection requests from all of Contracting’s projects; conducting Q/A inspections - particularly finished unit inspections; monitoring all warranty requests sent into the office by home owners and property management; product research; maintaining furniture and equipment inventory logs for all Contracting projects; and communication with third party consultants and project developers. At Crosland, Todd was previously a Project Superintendent for the Contracting division, with projects including the Village of Rosedale, Pleasant View Apartments and Tyvola Crossing. Todd ran point on the creation of Crosland’s warranty and quality assurance inspection programs.

Prior to joining Crosland, Todd worked for JPI as a Superintendent on the Jefferson at Cary Towne apartments in Cary, NC. He also worked for United Dominion as an Assistant Superintendent on the Dominion Crown Point apartments in Charlotte, NC. In Florida, he worked for Epoch Properties as an Assistant Superintendent. Prior to that, Todd worked for Tishman Construction Corp. on such projects as the Essex House Hotel renovation on Central Park south; the Broadway Crown Plaza in Times Square, warehouse/condo conversions on Staten Island, and the EPCOT Center project at Disney World in Orlando.
