Professional Experience
Ned long is focused on capital market transactions to sell selected Crosland assets on an opportunistic basis, raise capital for new ventures and recapitalize existing ventures. He also directs the management of the Celebration affiliate relationship related to our resort properties.

Previously, Ned served as Chief Financial Officer for Crosland for nine years. Prior to joining Crosland, Ned was Senior Vice President of Financial Operations for Prologis Trust, a $14-billion publicly traded real estate investment trust that is the largest in the industrial distribution sector. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for Florida Land Company, a residential and mixed-use land development and construction company. Earlier, Ned led the Financial Advisory Services practice of Coopers and Lybrand in both Orlando and Charlotte.
