Professional Experience
As vice president of finance for Crosland, Stephanie Repak is responsible for analyzing the financial results and statistics of Crosland’s various divisions and presenting this information in a meaningful format for executive management and decision-making. In this role, she develops and implements various financial models used in tracking historical results, analyzing current results, and budgeting/forecasting future results over both short and long term time horizons. In addition to this role, she works in conjunction with the CFO on a variety of transactions and initiatives such as real estate financings, the annual company valuation, presentations, ad hoc analyses, and the review of contractual agreements. Previously, she managed the internal budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions for ProLogis Trust, a $7 billion publicly traded real estate investment trust.
