Since 2005 Professional Experience As manager of sustainability, Jenny leads Crosland’s corporate initiatives to promote sustainable practices across the firm and integrate “green” into the company’s culture. Her responsibilities include identifying best practices and innovative sustainability applications across multiple industries in an effort to make Crosland a leader amongst developers, as well as assisting teams across all product lines in implementing green aspects into projects. Prior to leading the green initiative, Jenny worked in Crosland’s Retail Division as a development manager where she worked on design and construction aspects for multiple retail developments. Previously, Jenny worked for Morley Builders in Los Angeles, California as a senior project engineer for both general contracting and self-performed concrete work on a mixed-use project in the new master-planned Playa Vista community.
