Professional Experience

Matthew serves as Vice President of Capital Markets, working within the investment community to arrange equity, debt, and recapitalization funding for both Crosland-related single or multi-asset deals. Matthew works out of Crosland’s New York City office. In this capacity he supports the executive team and the investment committee in sourcing, evaluating, and underwriting investment opportunities across Crosland’s multiple asset classes and geographies. In this role, Matthew manages relationships with existing and prospective capital partners.

From 2007-2009, Matthew worked day-to-day supporting CEO Todd Mansfield in the management of company-wide strategic and financial issues.

Prior to joining Crosland, Matthew was a Financial Analyst with Goldman Sachs in New York where he worked in Equities Management and also served as the Director of Asian Trade for the State of Utah.
