Since 2006 Professional Experience Dossett directs and oversees Crosland Tennessee’s development projects, located primarily in Nashville’s downtown area. He has more than 23 years of experience in commercial real estate development and architecture, including 10 years in the international arena. Most recently he served as group vice president of the Mills Corporation’s European division, directing new business development of commercial centers in Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom. Prior to Mills, Dossett was with The Walt Disney Company’s Imagineering group overseeing the management and design of projects in Florida, Italy and France. Notable projects Dossett has overseen include the Madrid Xanadu Centre in Spain, St. Enoch Town Centre in Glasgow, Scotland; Walt Disney Studios Theme Park near Paris, France; Underground Atlanta; and Miami’s Bayside Marketplace.
