Tenure with Crosland: Since 2001

As Florida's Vice President of Land Development, Dean manages all related activities from feasibility analysis and contractor selection to project planning, budgeting, scheduling and approvals. Working with consultant teams, Dean will identify the profitable mix of product types and the end-users for Crosland developments. He will assist Steve Flanagan in site selection, feasibility analysis and financing as needed. Prior to joining Crosland, he was a Site Development Manager with Portrait Homes in Charlotte and Project Manager with Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group in Houston, Texas.
