Tenure with Crosland: Since 2003 Professional Experience As Land Development Manager, Eric establishes and coordinates project budgets and schedules, oversees engineering design and secures regulatory approvals for residential land development. He coordinates design, budget, and schedule for installation of all entry and site landscaping, swim clubs, and any additional site amenities. He also contracts for and manages construction of site infrastructure. Eric's experience includes eight years in the engineering/consulting field and four years as a utility contractor.
