Professional Experience
As Land Development Manager, Shay performs preliminary estimates and performs due diligence for proposed projects. Going forward, he establishes and coordinates project budgets and schedules, oversees engineering design and secures regulatory approvals for residential land development. He also contracts for and manages construction of site infrastructure. He manages the installation of neighborhood parks, landscaping and clubhouse type amenities associated with each neighborhood. Shay's experience includes 20 years in land development management and construction, including five years as an independent General Contractor.
