Tenure with CroslandSince 2003 Professional Experience In Kim’s current role as project associate, she manages program initiatives for Whitewater, a 778-acre residential, mixed-use, sustainable community being developed adjacent to the U.S. National Whitewater Center. Some of the items Kim focuses her time on include environmental education & standards, builder programs, consumer communication strategies and aligning appropriate sponsors and partners, as well as the overall marketing for the community. Prior to this position, Kim served as Crosland’s marketing coordinator in the corporate division, working alongside the vice president of marketing and technology, assisting in varied projects across all divisions of the company. Responsibilities included generation of marketing collateral, advertising, research, website and Intranet content development, traffic-building tactics to boost leasing/sales activity and event planning.
