Professional Experience
As Florida's Director of Land Development, Scott manages all related development activities from planning and rezoning to engineering and construction. Working with various selected consulting firms, Scott provides overall property supervision and quality assurance through design and permitting, contractor selection, budgeting and scheduling to project completion and acceptance. Working with other staff, Scott will assist with due diligence and feasibility for prospective projects. Prior to joining Crosland, he was Director of Operations for WDG Construction in Tampa and an Environmental Project Engineer for HK Bell Consulting Engineers in Lexington, Kentucky.
