Professional Experience
As Director of Design and Construction based in Orlando, Chris Grenier manages the entitlement, design and construction of retail shopping centers and mixed-use projects for Crosland’s retail division in the Florida markets. He has managed the development of over two million square feet of retail and mixed-use space, including Birkdale Village, The Shops at Greenridge and Biltmore Park Town Square. Prior to joining the company, Grenier served as Director of Design for JDH Capital in Charlotte overseeing the design and entitlements of retail and office build-to-suit projects.
