Professional Experience
Kent’s key responsibility as Project Manager is overseeing the construction of mixed-use and multifamily projects for Crosland’s Florida office, ensuring success on each project during the construction operations phase. Specific responsibilities include scope development, project start-up, strategy, scheduling, work progress, subcontractor awards, job quality and job cost controls. Kent also works closely with the PreConstruction and Estimating departments as well as Crosland’s Development team in Florida.

Kent’s previous experience includes an extensive background in construction and project management, including work on high-rise luxury condominiums, urban infill sites, large-scale retirement communities and medical centers. Prior to joining Crosland, Kent served as a Project Manager for Kraft Construction Company. Kent also served as a Project Manager for The Weitz Company where he worked on several large-scale continuing care retirement community projects around the country.
