Professional Experience
Ed Stowers has been in the construction industry for 38 years managing the completion of 58 projects totaling 7.3 million square feet, or 764 million dollars covering multifamily & commercial construction projects. Ed’s most recent background was as Preconstruction Manager with Wood Partners. As a project management role with Wood Partners, Charter Properties and Oxford Development, Ed has completed 14 multi-family communities, retail centers and office parks.

His commercial construction background includes 25 years as a Senior Project Management with FN Thompson/BE&K, Shelco, Carlson/SAE, Dickerson and David M Hunt. Some of the many projects Ed has completed commercially are Lowe’s Corporate Headquarters, TIAA CREF, and International Home Furnishings. Others include industrial facilities such as Northern Telecom, Guardian Glass, Duke Catawba Facility, and Carolina Caterpillar Facility and educational facilities Washington Lee, Duke and ECU Universities. Ed has been assigned to the Residences at the Arboretum and Cosgrove/Dobbins Hill projects.
