Tenure with Crosland Since 2007 Professional Experience Chris manages Crosland’s multi/mixed-use development projects and is involved in all phases of the development process, including land acquisition, regulatory approval, design, construction, financing, and marketing. Before joining Crosland’s mixed/multi-use division, Chris spent several years as an IT consultant for TenFold, where he designed and developed custom information technology applications. In 2002, Chris transitioned from the high-tech sector to the construction industry and worked for Okland Construction in Salt Lake City, Utah where he managed the construction of office, retail, and warehouse projects.
