Professional Experience
Gwen's responsibilities as a development associate focus specifically on managing Crosland’s complex multi- and mixed-use development projects. She works closely with all Crosland divisions and outside partners to coordinate efforts on many fronts of the development process. Gwen is the first point of contact for everything related to a particular Crosland mixed-use project, including site selection, financing, leasing, construction and marketing. Prior to joining Crosland, Gwen began her career as a project manager with the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company in the Washington DC area. She was responsible for managing the construction of multi-million dollar projects.
