Tenure with Crosland: Since 1995

As Senior Vice President of the Retail division, Susan McGuire manages the daily operations of over three million square feet of retail shopping centers and new development. Responsibilities include managing and implementing asset management, construction, leasing, finance and marketing programs for the Retail division. She was promoted from her previous position as Vice President of Property Operations in which she oversaw existing properties. Prior to joining Crosland, McGuire was general manager of a 620,000 square foot center in Charlotte for the L&B Group. She also served as Corporate Marketing Director for Windsor Properties.
