Professional Experience

As Director of Leasing for the Retail division, Ryan Preston is responsible for managing the leasing team and overseeing all leasing activity and outparcel disposition throughout the Southeast. His scope of responsibility also includes anchor and junior anchor leasing assignments for select projects as well as supporting lead developers in product development. Additionally, he manages third-party firm's leasing for Crosland in multiple markets outside the Carolinas.

Preston began his career at Crosland in existing portfolio leasing and quickly expanded his role into new development leasing, marketing outparcels, project management and numerous third party leasing assignments. He has ten years experience in the shopping center industry. Preston began his real estate career in residential sales with Dalzell Realtors in Abilene, Texas.
