As Director of Property Management, Laura Griffin is responsible for effectively managing the Property Operations team to achieve optimum operational and financial achievement. This includes responsibility for third party contract services as well. Laura began her career in San Antonio, Texas where she worked in various areas of single family, multifamily real estate including the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) in asset management and dispositions. Currently she manages a retail portfolio of eleven properties in Charlotte, NC and Greenville, SC, totaling approximately 1,946,878 square feet. Crosland manages its own assets as well as providing third party services for both institutional and individual ownership.
