Professional Experience
As Vice President of the Retail Division, Austin Williams is responsible for generating new retail and mixed-use development opportunities within the Triangle and Eastern North Carolina. This includes site selection and strategy for new development, anchor tenant procurement, and collaboration with Crosland’s other divisions. Austin began his career in Atlanta where he built a diverse resume through 5 years of development and commercial brokerage experience. In 2003, he joined Crosland and moved to Charlotte to work closely with CEO Todd Mansfield in a special projects role. He joined the Retail Division in 2004, with a focus on pursuit of new development opportunities in Central Florida and the Carolinas. Crosland has bolstered its position in the Triangle by relocating Austin to this market, where he will collaborate with James Downs in procuring new projects.
