Crosland named North Carolina`s Most Active Retail Developer by Business North Carolina

Business North Carolina magazine published a special report in its May 2001 issue ranking the busiest developers in the state. They listed the top 10 developers for office, industrial and retail commercial space based on total amount of space under development in 2000.

Crosland Group Retail Division won the honor of being ranked the #1 retail developer with 8 active projects totaling 1,625,000 square feet. Crosland had almost double the amount of square footage under development than the #2 ranked company. Crosland attributes its success to all of the dedicated individuals in the Retail team.
