Crosland creates new Senior Vice PresidencyCharlotte, N.C. (September 11, 2001) -
Crosland, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Ronni Fridman to its leadership team as senior vice
president, effective September 10. Fridman is former senior vice
president of The Walt Disney Company.
She will assist in the execution of the Crosland
strategic plan and partner with the management team in the development
and implementation of initiatives that build upon the company’s
longstanding commitment to associates in areas relating to customer
focus, professional development, execution excellence, leadership and
brand equity development.

of our management team,” said Crosland CEO Todd Mansfield. About FridmanFridman joins Crosland from Walt Disney
Imagineering, the organization responsible for concept design and
delivery of attractions, hotels, cruise ships, and retail and
entertainment venues for The Walt Disney Company. She was senior vice
president, responsible for creative management and organization
development.
During her 14-year tenure with Disney, Fridman
played a key role in the start-up and rollout of many new business
initiatives, including Disney Vacation Club, The Disney Institute,
Disney Cruise Line, the Town of Celebration and the resort expansion
at Walt Disney World. Prior to joining Disney, she held positions in
the consumer products division of Time Warner and in retail for Lord
and Taylor. Fridman holds a B.A. degree from Fairleigh Dickinson
University.
