The Crosland Group Named One of North Carolina`s Family-Friendly Top 40 Companies

Crosland has been designated as being one of North Carolina’s Family-Friendly Top 40 Companies. (To be announced in the September edition of Charlotte Parent Magazine, which will be released August 27th). The award was presented after application and nomination by the Retention Committee. The award was based on presentations made by two employees, Melanie Mastalski and Myra Zweier, on how they have benefited from Crosland’s family-friendly work environment. Companies were judged on criteria ranging from the percent of women in management to the number of family-friendly benefits offered.
