SonShine Properties, LLC acquired a site at Crosland’s University East Business Park

Charlotte, N.C. (March 2003) - SonShine Properties, LLC acquired a 2.90-acre site (sales price $500,000) at Crosland’s University East Business Park. SonShine Properties plans to locate their offices and build some additional speculative space on the site. University East Business Park is a 115-acre business park located on W. T. Harris Boulevard and Old Concord Road in Charlotte, NC. Mark Newell represented Crosland in this transaction.
