S & S #2 Family Ltd Partnership has Purchased Site at Mooresville Gateway

Charlotte, N.C. (February 2003) - S & S #2 Family Ltd Partnership, managed by Dick Skaff, has purchased a 2.91-acre site at Crosland’s Mooresville Gateway (sales price $410,000). The location will be the site of a physical fitness center.

Mooresville Gateway is a 50-acre commercial center located off I-77 at Exit 33, Mooresville, NC. Crosland was represented in this transaction by Thomas Mussoni of Crosland and Steve Marsh of Joe Knox Properties – Mooresville. Richard J. Skaff represented the Buyer in this transaction.
