Portrait Homes-Cascades Purchases site at Rivercrossing

Fort Mill, S.C., March 10, 2004 - Portrait Homes-Cascades, LLC has purchased a 24.329 acre site at Crosland’s Rivercrossing in Fort Mill, S.C. Portrait will begin construction in April 2004 on this site, which is directly across from its current community, The Townes at River Crossing. Portrait’s new community, The Cascades at River Crossing will offer one-car garage townhomes from 1,100 to 1,530 square feet in a price range of $110,000 to $125,000.
