Crosland Promotes Ryan Preston

Charlotte, N.C. January 28, 2004 -Crosland, one of the Southeast’s leading, diversified, privately held real estate companies, announces the promotion of Ryan Preston to Director of Leasing in the Retail Division in Charlotte, NC.

As Director of Leasing, Preston will manage the leasing, sales and marketing effort for the Crosland retail portfolio totaling two million square feet of existing shopping centers and 1.2 million square feet of new development.

Preston has been with Crosland for 5 years as a Leasing Agent for existing and new retail developments. Prior to joining Crosland, Preston sold residential real estate in Abilene, Texas for 2 years. He graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude. He holds a real estate sales license in North and South Carolina.
