Crosland’s Meg Pisczek Named 2004 Triangle Apartment Association PresidentRALEIGH, N.C. (January 20, 2004) – Crosland, one of the Southeast’s leading, diversified, privately held real estate companies, proudly announces Meg Pisczek has been named president of the Triangle Apartment Association for 2004.
The Triangle Apartment Association, Inc., is a nonprofit coalition of local apartment community owner/operators, management companies, independent rental owners, vendors, suppliers and financial institutions located in North Carolina's Research Triangle Park. Pisczek currently serves as vice president for the TAA as well as co-chair for the group’s legislative committee.
“Meg’s active involvement in industry and public affairs is a considerable benefit to our community,” said Jud Little, Apartments Division president at Crosland. “Through her work with the Triangle Apartment Association, she is helping to increase professionalism within our industry and to bring a unified voice for the rental housing community to the Triangle area government.”
Pisczek is Crosland’s regional property manager responsible for a variety of properties in the Piedmont region of North Carolina, including Friendly Hills and Hunters Chase in Greensboro, and Dobbins Hill, Meadowmont, Olde Towne at Carpenter Village, and Wakefield in the Triangle.
In addition to her work with the TAA, Meg also is a board member of the Triangle Community Coalition, a broad-based public policy group, and the Apartment Association of North Carolina, a group that addresses state and national issues affecting multi-family housing.
