Dentist Purchases Parcel at Northcross Business Campus

Charlotte, N.C. - May 2004 - Dr. Scott Guice, DDS purchased a 1.643 acre parcel for $290,850 at Crosland's Northcross Business Campus. Dr. Guice will operate his dental practice at the location. Northcross Business Campus is a 50 acre business park located off of I-77 at Exit 25 in Huntersville, NC. David Ferguson of the Brackett Company represented the buyer.
