B & K of Concord Purchases Parcel at Poplar Point Business Park

Charlotte, N.C. - May 12, 2004 - B & K of Concord, LLC purchased a 3.755 acre industrial parcel for $281,625 at Crosland's Poplar Point Business Park. They intend to operate a car wash at the location. Poplar Point Business Park is a 105 acre business park located on I-85 & Poplar Tent Road in Concord, N.C. Carter Critz of Craven and Company represented the buyer. Jon Jarrett represented Crosland in this transaction.
