Rivercrossing Site to Become a Medical Facility

Winchester Properties-BFR, LLC has purchased a 1.951 acre site at Crosland’s Rivercrossing to be the site of a medical facility.

Charlotte, N.C., September 1, 2004 – Winchester Properties-BFR, LLC has purchased a 1.951 acre site at Crosland’s Rivercrossing (sales price $210,000). The location will be the site of a medical facility.

Rivercrossing is a 150-acre mixed-use center located off I-77 at Sutton Road, in Fort Mill, S.C. Mark Newell of Crosland represented Crosland in this transaction.
