Showmars to Open at Mooresville Gateway

Charlotte, N.C., March 24, 2005 – BTS Charlotte No. 2, Inc. has purchased a 1.792-acre site at Crosland’s Mooresville Gateway (sales price $627,200). The location will be the site of a Showmars Restaurant.

Mooresville Gateway is a 50-acre commercial center located off I-77 at Exit 33, Mooresville, N.C. Steve Marsh of Joe Knox Properties-Mooresville represented the Seller, Mooresville Gateway (a Crosland development), in this transaction. Roger Cathey represented the Buyer in this transaction
