Dean A. Barberree to Lead Crosland-Florida’s Land Development

Dean will oversee all aspects of project management from the design phase to completion

Orlando, FL- May 9, 2005 – Crosland, one of the Southeast’s leading real estate companies, announced today that Dean A. Barberree joins Crosland-Florida as the Director of Land Development.

Dean will oversee all aspects of project management from the design phase to completion. His many responsibilities include budgeting, planning, entitlement support, contracting selection and management and the feasibility coordination of Crosland’s residential and mixed-use communities in Florida.

Barberree, Director of Land Development for Crosland-Florida.

A multi-faceted construction administrator, Dean has worked in all aspects of project development including positions as project manager, site development manager, and land development manager.

Dean holds a Master of Science degree in Land Development and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A & M University, College Station, Texas. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, staying current on industry trends and developments.

Crosland established its Florida regional offices in 2004 in recognition of the market potential and growth of Central Florida.  Crosland’s focus in Florida ranges from large-scale community development with vertically-integrated structure and multiple product lines to smaller and/or mixed-use projects.

Dean will be leading the development of the current projects (Longleaf, Oak Creek and Chapel Creek), as well as be a key member of the team planning future projects.
