Waddill Joins Crosland’s Raleigh Office as Development Manager

Land Development Division grows to keep up with Triangle Growth

Raleigh, N.C., July 11, 2005 – Crosland's land development division continues to grow with the addition of Edmund Waddill as development manager, who will work in the WestChase office and report to Jim Anderson, vice president of land development. Waddill will be responsible for the design, project management and site development of several single-family residential communities across throughout the Triangle, such as the 550-home Churchill community in Knightdale and the 120-unit Governors Lake development in Chapel Hill.

Prior to joining Crosland, Waddill developed $67 Million worth of multi-family projects throughout the southeast when he was Director of Acquisitions for Transom Development. His experience gave him familiarity with the process of entitlements, site evaluation and acquisitions. He has also worked as a commercial broker in Raleigh for Commercial Associates where he leased 520,000 square feet of retail, flex, office and warehouse space. He holds an active NC Real Estate license and is a UNC Chapel Hill graduate.

"We're excited to have Edmund join the Crosland team. In addition to his demonstrated real estate talent, Edmund's personal values match well with Crosland's core values of integrity, quality, and growth," said Jim Anderson, vice president.
