The location will be the site of speculative showroom-warehouse and office-warehouse for lease or purchase. The 225-acre business park is located on Indian Trail-Fairview Road in Indian Trail, Union County, NC. Jon Jarrett of Merrifield Partners represented the seller in these transactions. |
