December 1, 2005 – Beacon #12 LLC has purchased 4 sites totaling 9.61 acres (sales price $900,000) at Northcross Business Campus, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The location will be the site of four speculative flex industrial buildings.
Northcross Business Campus is a 50-acre business park located off of I-77 at Exit 25 in Huntersville, NC. Jon Jarrett of Merrifield Partners represented the seller in this transaction. Mike Harrell represented the buyer.
