CWTR Investments, LLC Purchases Land at RivercrossingCharlotte, NC, February 28, 2006 - CWTR Investments, LLC has purchased a 4.5-acre site (sales price $250,000) at Rivercrossing, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The site, located on Highway 21, will be developed as a 20,000 square foot building with a flooring store and some additional small spaces for lease.
Rivercrossing is a 150-acre mixed-use center located off I-77 at Sutton Road, in Fort Mill, S.C. Mark Newell of Merrifield Partners represented the Seller in this transaction. |
