|  |  | Souder joins Crosland as SuperintendentRaleigh, N.C., August 29, 2006 – Crosland, Inc., one of the Triangle’s leading real estate companies, has appointed Thad Souder as construction superintendent in its Raleigh office.
Souder has nearly 10 years of residential construction experience in the Triangle. Prior to joining Crosland, he was a superintendent with Orleans Homebuilders in Raleigh. Before that, he was a superintendent with Cimarron Homes of Durham. Souder was with South Atlantic Construction in Raleigh from 1997 to 2003, rising to the position of superintendent and warranty manager.
“Thad knows as much about construction and doing the job right as just about anyone in the Triangle,” said Glenn Crum, vice president of contracting for Crosland’s Raleigh office. “He is a great addition to our team, particularly at this time of accelerated growth.”
Crosland currently has 1,564 multi-family units in the development pipeline in the Triangle area including Weston Lakeside, the Residences at the Arboretum, Southpoint Village and Wilson Park.
